How our pricing compares
For context on where we sit in the UK market:
SEO: Cheap freelancers and Fiverr-tier services £100-£200/month (the work usually doesn’t exist). Mid-market UK agencies £750-£2,500/month. London agencies and big-four shops £3,000-£10,000/month. We start at £400 with mid-market quality.
Google Ads: Most agencies charge 10-20% of spend with no flat fee, which incentivises higher spend. Some charge £1,000-£3,000/month flat. Ours is £500 + 10% — flat plus performance.
Meta Ads: Agencies that include creative production typically £2,000-£5,000+/month. Agencies that don’t include creative often £1,000-£2,500/month plus separate creative costs. Ours is £500 + 10% with creative included to baseline volume.
GBP management: Most UK services charge £200-£500/month. Ours is £99/month for a more complete deliverable.
Web design: Shoreditch studios £15,000-£50,000+. Mid-market UK £4,000-£15,000. Cheap freelancers £500-£2,000 (quality varies wildly). We’re in the mid-market range, mid-quality is mostly junior work, premium work delivered without London overheads.
What we don’t charge for
- Discovery calls. Free, no commitment, no pitch trap.
- Initial audits. If you share read access to your account, we’ll audit it free and tell you what’s broken.
- Onboarding fees. No setup charges or “kickoff” line items. Month one is the same price as month twelve.
- Cancellation fees. 7 days’ notice, no penalty.
- Account access. You own your accounts throughout. We never charge to “release” anything.
FAQs
Why is your pricing on the website?
Because hiding pricing is a trick. Agencies do it to qualify on budget before you can compare. We’d rather you self-qualify than waste your time on a discovery call you didn’t need.
Do you do bundle pricing?
Yes — for clients running multiple retainers. SEO + Google Ads + GBP together typically saves 10-15%.
Can I get a discount on a 12-month contract?
No. We don’t do contracts. Rolling monthly is non-negotiable.
Is VAT included?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
Do you take payment up front?
Retainers: monthly in advance. Project work: milestone payments tied to deliverables, typically 50% upfront, 50% on completion.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual prepayment available with 5% discount. Doesn’t change the cancellation terms — refund pro-rata if you leave.
What happens if I cancel mid-month?
7 days’ written notice. We complete the work for the month you’ve paid. No further charges.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The retainer is the retainer. The 10% on Google/Meta is the only performance component, calculated on actual spend.
