Google and Meta, managed in-house in Manchester. From £5k a month to £3M a month, we write the ads, make the creative and treat your spend like it's ours.
Six workstreams across Google and Meta, one team, one number to hit. Ecommerce, lead gen, local, B2B, subscriptions, apps. If it sells, we've run ads for it.
Account architecture built around what makes money, budgets split by objective, and nothing wasted buying clicks on your own name you'd get anyway.
Capturing people already looking. Search term reviews weekly, negatives before they cost you, feed work and bidding that follows margin, not vanity.
Creating demand, then catching it. Cold audiences, retargeting and full-funnel creative that matches where someone actually is.
Creative strategists, video editors, designers and copywriters in-house. Statics, video, UGC briefs, a new batch tested every week. Winners scale, losers get killed.
If your page converts, we use it. If it's losing you the sale, we'll say so and build one for the ad and the audience, quoted separately as a project.
Conversions set up properly, server-side where it matters, and a weekly report in plain English: spend, return, and what we're changing next.
One team running both, so they feed each other. Meta creates the demand, Google catches it, the creative learnings cross over and the budget goes wherever it's returning most that week. Every result on this page came from running both.
Work with usAlready have Meta covered in-house? Just want Google Search tightened up, or a Meta account built from scratch? We'll scope a single platform on the same rolling monthly terms. Most who start with one add the other within a quarter.
Scope one platformMedia buying is the job, but it's not the whole job. Plug in the people you're missing, or all of us, and Signal runs as your fractional marketing department. No hiring a team of eight to find out what works.
Build your teamMost accounts we inherit are losing a third of their budget to four things. None of them are complicated. All of them need someone actually looking.
Paid moves fast. The first quarter is about stopping the waste, launching properly and finding what scales.
Tracking verified, conversions rebuilt if they're wrong, account restructured, wasted spend paused. Same week.
New structure live, first creative batch in, landing pages fixed or built where they're needed, negatives and audiences running from day one.
Weekly creative tests, budget moving to what returns, Google and Meta feeding each other, first scaled winners.
Weekly reports, a monthly plan, and a retainer you can cancel with seven days' notice. We re-earn it every month.
One of the best when it comes to Facebook and Google ads. Has delivered consistently strong results for my clothing brand over the months, scaling spend profitably across both platforms. Would recommend to anyone.
Been trying to scale my online coaching for about a year and kept hitting a wall. Signal rebuilt my website properly and took over my ads and honestly it's night and day. Sign ups are consistent every week now instead of the feast or famine I had before. Ollie actually understands the business side not just the marketing which makes a massive difference.
Honestly can't recommend Signal enough. I run a small online florist and my old website was holding the whole business back, orders were slow and the site looked nothing like the brand I'd built on Instagram. Oliver and the team completely rebuilt it and now the ads are bringing in proper orders every week.
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, ask it in the form below.
You do. Always. We work inside your Google Ads and Meta accounts as a partner, the data and the history are yours, and if we ever part ways everything stays exactly where it is.
Depends what you sell. If people already search for it, Google first, because you're catching demand that exists. If they don't know they need it yet, Meta first, because you're creating it. Most businesses end up running both, and that's where it gets efficient.
Yes. Google only or Meta only, scoped on the same rolling monthly terms. Running both together is where the compounding is, which is why most who start with one add the other within a quarter, but you don't have to start there.
Yes, in-house. Creative strategists, video editors, designers and copywriters on the team, so statics, video edits, copy and UGC briefs all come from us. A new batch goes into testing every week. If you have a creator or content team we'll brief them too, but we're not waiting on anyone to ship ads.
Google Search moves in weeks, because the demand is already there. Meta usually needs four to six weeks of testing before it settles and scales. Either way you'll see what's happening from the first weekly report, good or bad.
£5k a month in ad spend. Below that there isn't enough data to test and scale properly and you'd be paying us to guess. At the other end we manage accounts spending up to £3M a month, so there's no ceiling you'll hit with us.
When it's needed, yes, quoted separately as a project. If the page you've got converts, we'll use it. If it's the thing losing you the sale we'll say so, build one for the ad and the audience, and host it on our own servers.
Rolling monthly with seven days' notice. New Meta accounts run a two-month first cycle, because the first four to six weeks are testing and month two is where it pays, then rolling from there. No twelve-month lock-in, no exit fee.
All of it. They're your accounts, you have full access, and the weekly report shows spend and return in plain English. There's nothing to hide because we're judged on the same numbers you are.
Yes, and plenty of partners use us that way. Media buyers, creative strategists, editors, designers, copywriters, developers and an analyst, with one strategist accountable for the number. It's a fractional marketing department for a fraction of eight salaries.
Google and Meta are where we're best and where the budget nearly always returns most. If another platform genuinely fits what you sell, we'll say so and either run it or point you to someone who lives there.
Manchester is where we sit. These are the areas we already run this in.
Tell us what you're spending, what it's returning and what you sell. You'll hear back within one working day with what we'd change first.
