Production — statics designed, video edited, scripts shipped to UGC creators. New creatives uploaded to Meta for testing.
Week 3
Early testing data review. Kill obvious losers. Double down on early winners. New creative briefs for next month start.
Week 4
Scaling decisions on winners. Move into CBO or Advantage+ Shopping. Reporting and strategy session with you.
Tracking that doesn’t lie
iOS 14.5 broke pixel-only tracking in 2021. Running Meta ads in 2026 without Conversions API is leaving 20-40% of conversions unattributed. We set up CAPI via Shopify’s native integration, or via GTM server-side, or via direct API depending on stack.
Dedupe rules configured properly, UTM parity across the funnel, and reconciliation with Shopify or GA4 monthly. When Meta says you did £40k in tracked revenue, it should match what hit your bank.

What ROAS is realistic for London DTC?
New brands: 1.5-2.5x blended. Scaled brands with strong LTV: 2.5-4x. Luxury and premium: often lower blended but higher LTV. Anyone promising 10x consistently is selling something fake.
Do you run Instagram and Facebook separately?
Usually let Meta auto-place unless we have a reason to split. The algorithm is better at placement optimisation than manual rules.
Can you handle content production at higher volumes?
Yes — we scale with you. Our biggest accounts are shipping 60+ creatives/month through our production network.
What about TikTok and YouTube?
We run TikTok for some clients. YouTube via Performance Max is folded into our Google Ads service.
