Every design is mobile-first — over 70% of UK traffic is mobile, and Google’s indexing has been mobile-first since 2020. We design mobile, then upscale to desktop. Not the other way round (which is why so many sites feel broken on a phone).

- 01. Intent mapping. Who’s landing, from where, looking for what. We write it down before we design anything.
- 02. IA and wireframes. Low-fi in Figma. We agree the structure before we touch visuals.
- 03. Visual design. Full design system — typography, colour, components, states. Built as reusable Figma components so your dev team doesn’t rebuild from scratch.
- 04. Prototyping. Interactive Figma prototype so you can click through the site before it’s built.
- 05. Handover. Annotated Figma file, component library, assets exported. Your dev team gets everything they need. Or we build it via our Web Development service.

For ecom we typically design in Figma then hand to the dev team (internal or yours) to build on Shopify, WordPress/Woo, or custom React/Next.js depending on the fit.

Yes, if you want. We offer design standalone (Figma handover) or bundled with Web Development.
Can you work with my existing dev team?
Of course. Figma file, annotated, with component library. Most dev teams prefer that to being given PSDs from 2014.
What about brand design?
Light brand work (logo refresh, colour system, typography) can be folded in. Full brand identity we’d scope separately.
Do you design for Shopify or WordPress specifically?
Yes — we design knowing the build target. Shopify designs respect theme constraints. WordPress designs account for your page builder if you have one.
