01 / The Problem
A Booking System That Couldn’t Scale.
David Rozman was operating on a legacy custom booking system built by a previous company. It had not been updated for years. There was no flexibility, no real optimisation, and no room to introduce new revenue mechanics.
Memberships were impossible. Upsells were limited. Admin workflows were clunky. Both clients and staff experienced friction.
The salon was premium. The backend infrastructure was not.

Full Custom Booking Infrastructure Build.
We architected and developed a completely custom booking platform from the ground up. This was not a plugin install. It was a 12-month system build designed to operate as a full-scale salon management infrastructure.
Revenue Engine Integration
Deposits, full payments, memberships, gift cards, account credit, bundled appointments, upsells, discount codes and Stripe integration were built directly into the system. Payments can be taken upfront, partially, or via stored credit — removing friction and increasing commitment.
Advanced Scheduling Logic
The system handles multiple stylists with individual availability, holidays, breaks, commission structures, service durations, and even complex services requiring two staff members at different time blocks. Real-time availability ensures zero double bookings.
Full Admin Control
The admin dashboard allows full CRUD control over services, pricing, stylists, commissions, memberships, product sales, skin tests, client records, reports, and booking management. Payment links can be generated and sent directly via SMS or email.
Automation & Communication
Automated confirmations, reminders, SMS notifications, email flows, calendar syncing, and review prompts were integrated to reduce admin load and eliminate missed appointments.
Safeguarded Infrastructure
All booking logic is protected by validation safeguards to prevent overbooking, invalid duration stacking, commission miscalculations, and payment inconsistencies. The system is engineered to operate reliably at scale.
