USE SIGNAL MARKETING LTD is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through our services.

Website visitors

Technical and usage data including IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, pages visited, time on site and referral source.

Enquiries

Name, email address, phone number, company name and message content from form submissions.

Incomplete enquiries

If you type a valid email address into one of our forms and then leave without sending it, we store what you had entered so that we can follow up. Nothing is stored until there is a valid email address to attach it to, and incomplete enquiries are deleted automatically after 30 days. Contact team@signal.marketing at any time to have yours removed sooner.

Client services

Access to business systems such as advertising platforms, email marketing tools, booking systems, CRM platforms or ecommerce systems. We may process customer data on behalf of clients. We do not download or retain client customer data unless required for system migration or another agreed operational purpose.

  • Legitimate interests — to operate and improve our website and services, conduct B2B outreach and respond to business enquiries.

  • Client data — retained for 12 months following the end of a contract unless the law requires otherwise.

  • Stripe (payment processing, including direct debit and BACS)
