Case study

Nero Fabric: landing pages first, then the whole strategy

Nero Fabric make all natural activewear. Tyler was running the marketing himself and cycling through freelancers who could not get it right. We started with landing pages, earned the media, and now run the strategy.

The brief

Tyler was running Nero Fabric’s marketing himself, on top of running the business. He had cycled through freelancers who could not get it right, and every handover cost him time he did not have. The product was good and the store was live. What was missing was anyone he could hand the whole thing to.

The first job was not media. It was landing pages.

What we did

We run the strategy, the media buying and the landing pages as one thing rather than three, which is the only way the pages and the creative stay in step. Paid media reaches people already looking for what Nero sell. Search reaches the ones who do not know the brand exists yet, and it compounds instead of stopping the day you turn the budget off.

On creative we run a deliberately wide range, from brand led work through to AI generated, and keep testing across the whole spread rather than settling on one style. Different formats fatigue at different rates, so breadth is what keeps a scaling account from stalling. It is also why Nero go into Q4 2026 with a tested library rather than a scramble.

How it went.

  1. Month 0

    Landing pages

We built pages for the traffic Tyler was already buying. He kept running the media himself, and the pages proved out.

  2. Month 2

    Meta

With the pages working, we looked at the accounts behind them and took over Meta.

  3. Month 3

    Google Ads

Added to catch the demand Meta was creating rather than letting it go to competitors.

  4. Month 4

    Search

The long game started, reaching people who do not know the brand exists yet.

Three measured points, not a trend line. We have not drawn the path between them because the interesting part is that return held at every one of them, not the shape of the climb.

Before

What we walked into

  • Tyler running the marketing himself, on top of running the business
  • Freelancers hired and replaced, with every handover costing time
  • Pages, media and strategy owned by different people, or nobody
  • Meta spend capped by what one person could sensibly manage
  • No search presence, so demand the ads created went to competitors
Now

What it looks like today

  • Strategy, media buying and landing pages run by one team as one thing
  • Meta at 5k a day on average, 10k through key periods, return intact
  • Google Ads alongside it at a 6x return, treated as the floor not the ceiling
  • A creative library spanning brand led through to AI generated, tested continuously
  • Search compounding in the background, organic impressions and clicks up 3x

Before I met Ollie and the team, I was stressed, hiring freelancers who just couldn't get it right. Now I trust them with the whole strategy, which is something I found really hard to let go of before.
