01 / The Opportunity
From £500 to 7 Figures in Under 12 Months.
NoSnore was an internal brand launched in 2023 with one simple product: premium earplugs designed to block out a snoring partner.
We started with £500, one SKU, and a clear angle. The goal was not to test slowly. The goal was to scale.
Within 90 days revenue moved from £5,000 per month to £55,000 per month. Less than a year later, the brand crossed seven figures in revenue across the UK and EU.
02 / The Strategy
Creative-Led Scaling & Relentless Optimisation.
UGC-Led Meta Scaling
The breakthrough came through creative, not technical targeting. We leaned heavily into UGC-style ads centred around relationship pain, partners dealing with snoring disruption.
Meta became the primary growth engine. With an average CPA of £10 and peak ROAS of 4 during Q4 gifting season, we scaled ad spend to £5,000 per day.
Offer & AOV Engineering
With a £35 base AOV and a single SKU, growth required smart bundling. We introduced high incentive bundles to increase order value and absorb rising ad spend without destroying margin efficiency.
Operational Evolution
Initially fulfilling in house, we hit a shipping bottleneck as volume accelerated. During Q4 we transitioned to a 3PL to unlock faster dispatch, higher capacity, and operational stability during peak demand.
Google Ads Expansion
As Meta scaled aggressively, we introduced Google Search and Shopping just before December. This captured high intent demand and materially increased total revenue during peak season.
